Panelists:

Richard J. Barone, Jr. is an original founder at award-winning Firestable™ Insulation Company and is Executive Vice President-Marketing Operations. His curiosity with fire started quite early as a volunteer fireman at 16 years old. Mr. Barone has built up and is a principal in several fire technology companies in his 20+ years in fire protection. The companies include TPR2 Corporation, where he was part of a team who invented, marketed and sold Fireshell® (intumescent coatings) and Temprotex™ (NASCAR & NHRA racing fire extinguishing products) brands.

Before entering the fire technology world, he spent 13 years at Black & Decker in expanding engineering, program director and management director positions, including work with Starbucks, Target Stores, Michael Graves Architects, and Proctor and Gamble.

 

Frank Jimenez is a Founding Partner and Director of Operations for Insulation & Energy Solutions. Frank brings over 15 years of experience in project management and with hundreds of projects under his belt, Frank understands the importance of organization, quality and efficiency. Frank is well-known for his listening skills, customer service, and exceeding customer expectations.

Insulation & Energy Solutions is an insulation and fire blocking company with services ranging from residential to large commercial projects. The company is in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and services all of New England.

Stephen Nasiatka is the Chief Financial Officer of Firestable™ Insulation Company. He is a Certified Public Accounting and a Certified Fraud Examiner, with deep background in finance, accounting, capital markets, and leadership from his prior roles with KPMG, Siemens, and Monomoy Advisors. While new to the insulation space, Stephen’s prior positions included a heavy focus on the manufacturing and consumer products industries.

He is an entrepreneur with a passion for fostering connections, personally, as well as with business owners and the boardroom. He is on the Programming and Sponsorship Committee for the New England Chapter of the Private Directors Association. He is also the owner of StephenUncorked, which has a focus on direct-to-consumer wine sales and wine experiences. He bridges the worlds of manufacturing, finance and fine wine, helping companies and individuals uncork their potential.
