Paul Foley is President at Feldman Geospatial and a Professional Land Surveyor with over 20 years of experience driving innovation and successful project delivery in the AEC industries. With a background spanning structural steel and concrete layout for Turner Construction to leading teams at Feldman on major Boston landmark projects like Millennium Tower, One Dalton, and Encore Boston Harbor, Paul has a passion for leveraging technology to improve construction processes. Early in his career, Paul honed his skills on Boston’s Big Dig and survey projects throughout the Northeast and as far away as Ireland and the UK. Paul holds a BS degree in Geomatics from Dublin Institute of Technology and an MBA from Boston College.
Derrick Morse is a Professional Engineer (P.E.) turned management consultant and entrepreneur with 18 years of experience in engineering, construction, and B2B services. He is the founder and CEO of Rugged Robotics, a venture-backed startup developing intelligent automation for the commercial construction sector. Before Rugged, Derrick spent four years at Samsung’s corporate headquarters in Seoul, S. Korea. At Samsung, Derrick served as an internal strategy consultant, focusing on Samsung’s engineering and industrial service lines, where he led teams that developed strategies to navigate macroeconomic challenges like labor availability and vocational training. Derrick started his career in construction, where he worked as a sprinkler-fitter before graduating to practice as a licensed Professional Engineer specializing in building and life safety codes. Derrick holds a BS and MS from WPI, and an MBA from MIT.
